| Peggy began her culinary endeavors at the tender age of 5. When her parents could not afford an easy-bake oven, they relented and allowed her to start using the “real” oven. Peggy is a self-taught and highly respected chef, food stylist and recipe developer. Her work has appeared in Martha Stewart Living, Catering Magazine, BizBash, InsideOUT, The Catskill Mountain News, The Kingston Times and Log Cabin Illustrated. Peggy worked as an associate editor on the James Beard award winning newsletter, “The Rosengarten Report”, she has done food styling for NBC today, Jack and Ali show, Fox and Friends and The Veal Media Council. She produced the kitchen segments for Season Two of “All Year Round with Katie Brown” on A&E. Her catering clients are in areas as diverse as NYC, Westchester and the Catskill Mountains.
